Sunsetting Boomset

Dear Boomset Customers,

The Boomset platform will be retired on September 1, 2023. 

We are committed to supporting your needs to plan and host your events through your subscription period until September 1, 2023. There is no impact to events you have already scheduled on the Boomset platform before the end of your current subscription period until September 1, 2023.

Starting September 2, 2023, you will no longer be able to access your Boomset account to host events or download data. If you want to export the data in your Boomset account, you must download it on or before September 1, 2023.

What you can do now

Our vision has always been to connect people through community experiences that power businesses. We have updated Hopin Events to achieve this by combining and simplifying our virtual, hybrid, and onsite events capabilities into one core platform. After September 1, 2023, Hopin Events will continue to support the following limited set of hybrid and onsite capabilities: hybrid event scheduling, hybrid event registration, onsite attendee check-in, registrant bulk upload, and basic floor plans.
